Our Pillars are a unique combination of experienced, qualified, and trained, teachers and non-teaching staff. They strive to achieve the objectives of the organisation via continuous research and following the latest methodologies.
Development
We use a systematic approach to reveal our teachers’ perspectives and ideas in any aspect by providing them with opportunities through various faculty development programmes, instilling effective workshops for personal and professional growth, and grooming leadership skills. Regular appraisals and incentives, appreciation letters, memos, acknowledgments, and so on are provided based on the performance of the staff members.

Learning Roots is always eager to support and promote novel and innovative ideas. We encourage creative growth by involving our teachers in textbook design, academic framework construction, innovative projects, practicals and planners, and other activities. We always provide plenty of opportunities for staff members to grow through workshops and exchange programmes.
